Weddings, Events and Micro Weddings
At Lakeside Garden Farm, your celebration includes exclusive access to all venues, allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the farm, gardens, and waterfront setting.
Our standard rental includes ample time for vendor setup, your ceremony and reception to dance the night away..
Included with your rental are tables, up to 150 white padded chairs, and a selection of décor pieces available for use throughout the property. Reception guest entertainment bonus choice: Your choice of our friendly farm animals (including baby bottle feeding) at the barn side yard midway of your reception time.
All pricing is subject to Virginia sales tax.

Saturday Package for up to 120 guests (adding on additional guests available).
Feeling relaxed instead of rushed to set up, decorate and enjoy time with friends
•Dancing the night away without worrying about the timeline!
What’s Included:
•Use of The Barn for your one hour rehearsal (usually on Friday)
•Exclusive use of The Bridal Loft and use of The Groom’s Quarters
•Use of The Barn for up to 16 hours on the day of the wedding (we know how early hair and makeup artists arrive!) Weddings end by 10:00pm. You may arrive as early as 6:00am
•Fully stocked coffee bar in The Bridal Loft (various snacks, herbal, caffeine teas)
•Use of the fire pit stocked with wood.
•Use of the wedding arc for ceremony and or reception
•White hanging drapery in the barn and all greenery, bistro lights and twinkle lights
• 15 of 60 inch round white tables, 5 of our 6ft long white farm tables, all white ceremony chairs, 10 whiskey barrels with 3 toppers
and two sets of corn-hole boards, and farm toss tic tac toe and the very special most popular friendly mini farm animal interaction upon request

To reserve the Barn along with the bride and groom suites, please email request: lakesidegardenfarm@gmail.com selecting the day of the week, requested date, and preferred time slot. Per agreement, a refundable deposit of $1,000. is required to hold your date. Please refer to the venue fees and payment policies for additional details.
