Our Pricing
At Lakeside Garden Farm, your celebration includes exclusive access to all venues, allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the farm, gardens, and waterfront setting.
Our standard rental includes 10hours of full facility use from 1:00PM to 11:00 PM, which provides ample time for vendor setup, your ceremony and reception, and cleanup at the end of the evening. Additional hours may be added for $340 hrly if more time is desired.
Included with your rental are tables, up to 150 white padded chairs, table linens, and a selection of décor pieces available for use throughout the property.
All pricing is subject to Virginia sales tax.

$5,400. For our Saturday package offers the full wedding experience with exclisive access to our venues for the day and the evening. With 10 hours on the property, couples have plenty of time for getting ready, vendor setup, ceremony, reception, and evening celebrations. This package is ideal for larger weddings and couples looking to fully enjoy the venue and surrounding grounds with family and friends.
$3,200. For the Friday or Sunday package provides the same full access to our venue at a reduced rate, making it a wonderful option for couples seeking a relaxed wedding day with more flexibility. Many couples love these dates for destination-style weekends or extended celebrations with guests.
$2,200. For our weekday package (Monday-Thursday) offers a beautiful and budget-friendly option for couples who prefer a more intimate or flexible wedding day. You’ll still enjoy full access to our venue while taking advantage of one of the best values for hosting your celebration.
Deposit Information
To reserve the Barn along with the bride and groom suites, please email request: lakeside garden farm@gmail.com by selecting the day of the week, requested date, and preferred time slot. Per agreement, a refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your date. Please refer to the venue fees and payment policies for additional details.
