This package is perfect for intimate gatherings such as showers, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, and other special events, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to bring people together. It includes seating for up to 60 guests and two hours of venue access between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., along with seasonal florals and select décor to enhance the setting. Guests can enjoy yard games, cozy fire pit areas, scenic lakeside views, and visits with our friendly farm animals. Additional guests beyond 60 may be accommodated for an added fee, making this a flexible and inviting option for meaningful celebrations of all kinds.

Deposit & Payment Policies

To reserve your event date, a non-refundable hold-the-date deposit of $1,000 is required and will be fully applied toward your total venue fee. A 9.3% sales tax and service fee apply to the venue rental, and a 9.3% lodging tax and service fee apply to any overnight accommodations. Once the deposit is received, your venue contract is typically issued within 7–10 days. At the time of contract signing, the remaining balance of the first half of the total contract amount is due, which includes the venue fee, lodging (if applicable), damage and cleaning deposit, selected services, and all applicable taxes and fees. The remaining balance is then divided into two equal installments, with the final payment due no later than 90 days prior to your event date.

To reserve the Barn along with the bride and groom suites, please complete the form below by selecting the day of the week, requested date, and preferred time slot. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold your date. This deposit will be applied in full toward your total venue contract.
